Descriere
Echinodorus Aflame este o varietate foarte cautata, considerata destul de rara în acest hobby. Frunzele acestei plante unice pot varia de la verde la rosu, în functie de conditiile de crestere, iar suplimentarea cu fier poate ajuta la scoaterea în evidenta a culorilor puternice. Spre deosebire de majoritatea speciilor de Echinodorus, Aflame creste putin mai lent si ramâne relativ mai mic.Acest soi de Echinodorus de culoare rosie deosebit cu frunzele sale subacvatice alungite-eliptice arata tonuri impresionante, de culoare rosu închis profund. Frunzele sunt oarecum ondulate iar marginile sunt usor curbate în jos.La fel ca aproape toti Echinodorus, „Aflame” creste cel mai bine cu o aprovizionare abundenta de macro si micronutrienti prin intermediul substratului. Iluminarea puternica este recomandata pentru acest soi, sporindu-i si culoarea rosie intensa. Parametrii apei sunt de nu au o importanta primordiala, totusi furnizarea de CO2 favorizeaza cresterea.Ca o singura planta sau un grup mic, Echinodorus „Aflame” ofera un accent puternic de culoare în zona de mijloc al acvariului si contrasteaza cu plantele de culoare verde deschis.
